We're delighted to offer Academic Workshop Fridays! Our workshops will now meet from 10 to 1:30 each Friday. Members participate in two ninety-minute workshop sessions with peers, one for Literacy and another for Math with a shared lunch/recess break in between.
Content
Both Courses are designed to complement ongoing study in our own homeschools and give students the option to bring your own textbook for extra review, help, and encouragement. Topics will align with the areas of study outlined in our On the Same Page curriculum overview for 2024-25.
Community
We are deeply invested in diversity, inclusion, and community. Workshop members will also have full access to our Community Calendar of events throughout the year.

Elementary - ages 8-10
Middle School - ages 11-14
Schedule
10:00 - 11:30 - Elementary Literacy - Middle School Math
11:30 - 12:00 - Shared Lunch and Recess
12:00 - 1:30 - Elementary Math - Middle School Literacy
Staff
Our teachers are NC state certified for elementary, middle school, and special education. All staff also complete NC background checks and Red Cross First Aid Certification. Our ratio is 1 adult to 8 students with additional staffing for supports.
